Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Floor Coatings Group ("FCG," "we," "our," or "us") does not sell your personal information to third parties for money. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the term "sharing" has a specific, broader meaning: it includes making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without payment.

What We Do That May Qualify as "Sharing"

We use Google Ads remarketing on our Site. When you visit garages.floorcoatingsgroup.com, Google may set a cookie or read an advertising identifier on your device and later show you Floor Coatings Group ads on other websites and apps in Google's network. This exchange of data with Google for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute "sharing" under California law, even though we do not receive payment from Google for your data.

We also use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising for session replay, behavioral analytics, and remarketing, which may similarly qualify as sharing under California law.

Your Right to Opt Out

California residents have the right to direct us to stop sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We extend this right to all visitors regardless of state of residence.

You can opt out using either method below. Both are honored. You do not need to use both.

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to info@floorcoatingsgroup.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share Request. Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address you used when submitting a form on our Site (if applicable)
• Your phone number (if you provided one to us)

We will process your request and suppress your information from future remarketing audiences within 15 business days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

Method 2: Browser-Based Opt-Out

Because remarketing relies on browser cookies and advertising identifiers, you can also opt out directly at the browser or ad-network level. We recommend all three steps below for the most complete opt-out:

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC): Install a browser extension that broadcasts a GPC signal (for example, globalprivacycontrol.org). When a GPC signal is detected, we will treat it as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Google Ads personalization: Visit google.com/settings/ads and turn off ad personalization for your Google account, or opt out of interest-based ads in your browser if you are not signed in.
3. Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out: Visit optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of interest-based advertising from NAI member companies, including Google and Microsoft.

Note: Browser-based opt-outs are stored in cookies. Clearing your cookies or using a different browser or device may require you to opt out again.

No Discrimination

Exercising your opt-out right will not affect your ability to request a free estimate, receive our services, or be treated differently in any way. We do not condition service on your acceptance of remarketing.
